Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns nor exchanges unless we have sent you the wrong order or if the items are defective not due to shipping. In the case, please contact us via email at to request for an exchange stating your reasons for return or exchange and your order number.


Once your request has been approved, we will arrange to pick up the order from you at no charge. Your order should be returned in its original condition.


Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then send out your new order within 1 to 2 working days along with an email notifying you of the new tracking number. In case the item is no longer in stock, a refund will be issued.
